The certified document provided is strictly from the records filed at the clerk’s office and searched based on information YOU provide to us. NO changes or cancellations will be made once you submit/place your order request, as it is processed immediately. Documents ordered, cannot be switched or returned. A new order will need to be placed. A search request that comes back as “no record found” will not be credited back unless it is clearly our mistake that the wrong INFORMATION was searched. You have up to 10 working days from the date you receive your e-mail completed order confirmation to notify us if you did not receive your requested documents.
